The hotel staff from the receptionist to the cleaning staff were all Excellent,very friendly,polite and helpful nothing negative about them even when some guests are being very impolite to them and complain about some very minor things they still remain calm. The breakfast was good (Pain au Chocolat was really great!). Hot drinks were amazing. The location is very close to the train station (Vendenheim), and bus Station (Artisan and Perdix). By TER you can reach Strasbourg within.10 minutes. By bus about 30 minutes.

A simple B&B, it was clean and comfortable enough, although basically runs with minimal staff. Plenty of parking - including electric charging bays for EVs. The shower was also really good. Our family room was great value for money - ideal for a stop en route to the Alps.

Friendly staff, easy access when reception mot open. Good shower, clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet location but close to restaurants and great boulangerie round the corner. Perfect for a stop over en route back to UK from Italy.

Good value, largely automated accommodation. Comfy bed and excellent continental breakfast. Bacon and egg not very nice.The staff member was not the friendliest but did his job efficiently. Getting through the security gate took a while as we had to go inside and get a code. Would be better if this was emailed instead.

The hotel is very clean, the bed is quite comfortable, the mattress is not soft, but not too hard, the pillows are a little flat. Convenient parking, the hotel has a microwave in the hall. The bus stop to Strasbourg is a stone's throw away, but there is no ticket sales at the stop. Tickets can be purchased from the bus driver, 2.50 euros without change.

We had an overnight stay at the hotel after travelling for a day. The hotel is situated in a great location near a motorway and about 15 minutes' drive to Strasburg. There are a lot of restaurants too. The staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed. The check-in was easy. Everything was automated with a code.

The room was cosy and toilets were clean. Hotel selfcheck in machine was so convenient. Hotel is 5 mins walk from Train station. There is a Buffalo Grill and a Chinese/Japanese buffet restaurant just 2mins walk from the hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location. A great place to stop relatively close to Europapark. Very friendly staff and a comfortable place to spend the night. Also just a tip for other travelers, the restaurant accross the road from the hotel is really good.

very nice and helpful receptionist! the room was very clean, fresh towels everyday, the area very calm and quiet. location superb! close to the train station and bus stop, city center of Strasbourg accessible in just 15 minutes:) very nice canal in Vendenheim where you can take a breather and enjoy nature. HIGHLY recommend!!!:)
